About The Position

Seldin Company is hiring a part-time Apartment Maintenance Technician for Centennial Village, a 48-unit HUD/Tax Credit apartment community in Great Falls, Montana. The technician will diagnose and complete major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs while providing exceptional customer service to residents. Compensation is a competitive hourly wage determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. A background check and drug screen are required before hiring.

Maintenance tool kits are provided at participating properties, subject to terms and conditions. The listed kit includes a Milwaukee compact drill and impact driver, drill bits, two batteries, a charger, a carrying case, a 25-foot tape measure, a voltage detector, a digital multimeter, 10-inch straight-jaw pliers, long-nose pliers, a 13-in-1 screwdriver, and a Klein Tools moisture reader.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Tolerance for extremes of hot and cold weather.
• Availability for the on-call maintenance schedule.
