About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at EOS 75 and Latitude 41 Apartments in Bellevue, NE. These are Conventional apartment communities with 108 total units. This position will pay up to $21.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents
