About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Berry Apartments in Houston, TX. This is a tax credit property with 180 units. The Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Three to four years of related experience or training
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Ability to work independently
• EPA or HVAC certification is required
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
