About The Position

Monarch is hiring a career-oriented Maintenance Technician for Park Avenue West Apartments in Mansfield, Ohio. This full-time, on-site role in multifamily housing is responsible for preparing apartments between residents, responding to on-site maintenance calls, and performing preventative maintenance. The position requires at least 40 hours per week and participation in an on-call rotation every other week. A physical demonstration of the ability to complete basic job duties is required during the interview process. Responsibilities

Prepare apartments between residents by making ready and turning units.
Respond to on-site maintenance calls.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Paint and stain interior and exterior applications.
Participate in an on-call rotation every other week.

Benefits

Pay of $24.00–$26.00 per hour.
Quarterly bonus up to $750.00.
