Requirements

2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
Valid driver's license required.
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.

Responsibilities

Hands on role helping with work orders and apartment turns as needed.
Duties are split between this role and the head technician on site.
