About The Position

This hands-on internship, offered in partnership with Fayetteville Technical Community College, gives students practical experience in apartment maintenance and property operations. Interns assist with repairs, inspections, and upkeep while learning basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance skills alongside experienced maintenance professionals. They also support property operations to help maintain safe, well-kept living spaces. The program offers career-building experience and the opportunity to develop in-demand trade skills, with potential for future employment.

Requirements

• Be a current student or recent graduate of a technical or trade program.
