The Dwelling Group is seeking licensed Texas real estate agents to establish an apartment locating business within the Texas market. This role is suitable for newly licensed agents, experienced locators aiming to expand, or sales professionals transitioning into real estate. The position is ideal for agents who enjoy assisting renters, excel at rapid communication, and desire a flexible method to earn commission income through apartment placements.

Requirements

• Active Texas Real Estate License
• Ability to work remotely
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Basic comfort with technology and digital tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and coachable
• Sales, leasing, customer service, or real estate experience

Responsibilities

• Work directly with renters to understand their budget, location preferences, move date, lifestyle needs, and essential requirements to identify suitable apartment communities.
• Communicate with apartment properties.
• Track client progress.
• Follow up consistently with clients and properties.
• Ensure clients receive adequate support throughout the leasing process.
