Requirements

• Active Texas Real Estate License
• Ability to work remotely

Responsibilities

• Work directly with renters to understand their budget, location preferences, move date, lifestyle needs, and essential requirements to identify suitable apartment communities.
• Communicate with apartment properties.
• Track client progress.
• Follow up consistently with clients and properties.
• Ensure clients receive proper support throughout the leasing process.
