Requirements

• Active Texas Real Estate License
• Ability to work remotely
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Basic comfort with technology and digital tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and coachable
• Comfortable using CRM tools, property search tools, email, text, and social media
• Ability to respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries

Responsibilities

• Work directly with renters to understand their budget, location, move date, lifestyle preferences, and must-haves to identify suitable apartment communities.
• Communicate with apartment properties.

• Provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the leasing process.
