We are hiring a Leasing Consultant to work onsite at our apartment community Stone Creek Apartments in Port Arthur, TX. As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional resident experiences while helping prospective residents find a place they're proud to call home. Requirements

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience
• Proven ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Build relationships with prospective residents and deliver exceptional customer service
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Consistently meet or exceed leasing goals
• Support marketing and resident retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
