About The Position

Apartment Leasing Consultant at 21 South at Parkview Apartments | Baton Rouge, LA | Full-Time | On-site. As a Monarch Leasing Consultant, you’re the face of the community and a key part of our leasing success. You understand how to connect with prospects, build rapport, and create a memorable experience that turns tours into leases. Requirements

• Strong computer skills
• 6 months or more experience in multifamily leasing
• 2 years' experience in customer service or sales
• Excellent communication skills
• An unmatched dedication to customer service
• The drive to learn and get better everyday
• This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience hitting leasing goals or occupancy targets is a strong plus
• Skilled problem solving
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
• Use your leasing expertise to drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional prospect experience
