About The Position

We are seeking confident and productive individuals for a Leasing Agent position at our San Antigua property, which features 320 apartment units. We offer training for applicants with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience. Compensation is based on experience and anticipated performance, with an hourly pay rate of $18.00 - $20.00 plus a leasing bonus. The full-time schedule is 40 hours per week and includes one to two weekend days, which may be rotated occasionally by request. Some holidays are also included in the rotating schedule, with a paid day off during the same payroll period. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• English writing skills.
• Comfortable in handling phone inquiries which demonstrate property knowledge.
• Managing your calendar of appointments.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Higher education a plus.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus.
