About The Position

We are seeking confident and productive individuals for a Leasing Agent position at our Southern Avenue Villas property, which features 384 apartment units. We are open to training applicants with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience. Compensation will be based on experience and anticipated performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• English writing skills.
• Comfortable in handling phone inquiries which demonstrate property knowledge.
• Managing your calendar of appointments.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Transferable sales experience.
• Prior leasing experience at other management companies.
• Higher education.
• Bilingual (any language).

Responsibilities

• Handling phone inquiries demonstrating property knowledge.
• Managing calendar of appointments.
• Climbing 3 flights of stairs if no elevator.
