Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, T&E, or corporate card administration
  • Experience with expense management systems (e.g., Concur, Oracle, SAP) is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of AP processes, expense policies, and financial controls
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Administer the company’s corporate credit card program, including issuance, cancellation, and maintenance of employee cards
  • Manage cardholder accounts, credit limits, and hierarchy structures
  • Liaise with card issuers (e.g., banks) to resolve disputes, fraud cases, and service issues
  • Conduct regular audits of card usage and monitor for policy violations or unusual activity
  • Review and approve employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance
  • Ensure timely processing and reimbursement of travel and expense claims
  • Validate receipts, coding, and business purpose of expenses
  • Enforce company T&E policies and escalate non-compliance issues
  • Reconcile corporate card statements with expense reports and general ledger accounts
  • Ensure accurate allocation of expenses and cost centers
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding T&E and credit card queries
