This role is for an Accounts Payable Specialist on the Accounting Shared Services team, supporting daily financial operations across the Atlantic North and South regions.

Responsibilities

• Processing payments accurately and on schedule for assigned vendor accounts
• Managing vendor account relationships and responding to payment inquiries
• Reconciling monthly vendor statements and researching discrepancies
• Assisting with monthly Accounts Payable close and reconciliations
• Ensuring invoices, credits, and payments are recorded accurately
• Collaborating with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment issues
