We're looking for a part-time Advanced Practice Esthetician who thrives in a team-first environment, loves educating and coaching clients throughout their skincare journey, and is driven to grow professionally and financially.

Requirements

• Advanced Practice Esthetics License
• High school or equivalent
• Availability: Weekends (Required)
• Developed communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Nice To Haves

• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting
• Sales Experience

Responsibilities

• Perform 40-minute facials, dermaplaning, peels, waxing, plus brow and lash services.
• Maintain State Board compliance and keep accurate and complete records.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve all services and product goals.
• Follow all of FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines.
• Create, cultivate and promote a fun and energetic environment.
• Demonstrate, educate, recommend, and ultimately sell at-home skincare products.
• Create service plans and recommendations, based on each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services, ensure Cosmetology Board compliance at all times.
• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
• Assist in all store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
