This position provides services to assigned children, youth, and families in various community-based settings, including homes, offices, schools, and potentially through telehealth. The role requires cultural competence to effectively work with diverse populations and communities. Responsibilities include providing Drug Medi-Cal individual rehabilitation and collateral support to caregivers, developing and facilitating rehabilitative groups, completing assessments and crisis plans, and modeling positive behaviors. The counselor will also manage case management functions, coordinate with community partners, and participate in team meetings and on-call rotations.
