About The Position

Love Justice International (LJI) is a Christian nonprofit dedicated to fighting human trafficking and caring for orphaned and abandoned children. Requirements

• Mature Christian faith and agreement with LJI's Global Value to “Abide in Christ”.
• Knowledge, understanding, and agreement with how the Christian Gospel ministers to "the least of these" (Matthew 25:40).
• Agreement with LJI's Core Value “Be the Kingdom" in mission execution and personal conduct.
• Acknowledgment of LJI's Statement of Faith.
• Passion for justice and advocacy on behalf of vulnerable populations.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the position.
• 3+ years of significant experience in a relevant field, including business, finance, accounting, legal, data analysis, security, human resources, and human assessments.
• Advanced proficiency in French (spoken, read, and written) is essential for delivering training, facilitating meetings, and producing professional written materials.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and particularly with Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in cross-cultural contexts and sensitivity to different cultures.
• Willing and able to travel approximately one week every six weeks.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or higher preferred.
• An experienced trainer is highly preferred.
• Experience working cross-culturally preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and monitor compliance of core processes related to anti-trafficking work.
• Work with LJI core process Leads and Regional Stewards to install necessary core processes, which may involve video calls, emails, and occasional in-person travel for training.
• Track compliance with installed core processes and provide follow-up training to national partners.
• Assist in new anti-trafficking pilot projects, taking into account the Field Officer's passions, skills, and expertise.
• Potentially develop expertise in core processes and take on more responsibility, such as an Implementation Manager or core process Lead.
• Install core processes and train partner staff in French as LJI expands its anti-trafficking work into French-speaking countries.
