Requirements

  • Mature Christian faith and agreement with LJI's Global Value to “Abide in Christ”.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and agreement with how the Christian Gospel ministers to “the least of these” (Matthew 25:40) and guides the mission.
  • Agreement with LJI's Core Value “Be the Kingdom" (in mission execution and personal conduct).
  • Acknowledgment of LJI's Statement of Faith.
  • Passion for justice and advocacy on behalf of vulnerable populations.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or office management.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to run local errands.
  • Organizational Skills – Able to manage multiple projects and competing details accurately and on time.
  • Service Orientation – Willing to do practical, hands-on work; no task is beneath this role.
  • Prioritization Across Managers – Able to hold demands from two managers and flag conflicts early rather than letting work slip.
  • Communication Abilities – Strong written and verbal skills for reports, presentations, and correspondence with a global team.
  • Independent Work Ethic – Takes direction well and works with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Proficiency – Competent with Google Workspace, project management tools, and basic financial administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage travel (multi-country field travel, visas, per diems) and expenses.
  • Coordinate the Anti-Trafficking (AT) meeting cycle (invites, agendas, minutes, ClickUp tasks).
  • Coordinate workshops, training, and gatherings (logistics, materials, budget, travel).
  • Coordinate AT staff recruitment/onboarding logistics.
  • Coordinate and track grant deadlines and deliverables; and assemble reports.
  • Prepare field trip packs and the post-trip action list.
  • Handle inbound marketing/fundraising requests.
  • Coordinate new-country setup to completion for each new pilot.
  • Prepare pre-read briefs before external calls.
  • Maintain the partner and stakeholder contact database, flywheel.
  • Administer AT comms channels (group membership, removals etc.).
  • Proofread and format for consistency across AT documents.
  • Manage team care and culture admin (birthdays, recognition, retreats).
  • Attend and support AT prayer meetings and prayer ministry.
  • Track and coordinate AT projects/labs to completion.
  • Deliver assigned special projects (research, surveys, audits etc.), including written findings.
  • Conduct in-country operations reviews.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the office, keeping common areas tidy, stocked, and functional.
  • Run local errands, including supplies, post, and collections.
  • Coordinate office logistics for meetings and visitors, including hosting and set-up.
  • Manage small office budgets, petty cash, receipts, and reconciliation.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and the building or landlord.
  • Provide occasional logistical assistance for staff and visiting guests, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
