About The Position

Antcom is seeking an Antenna Engineer to design, develop, simulate, validate, and support high-performance antenna systems for GNSS and wireless communication applications. The role offers the opportunity to develop antenna concepts and bring them into production-grade hardware on rapid timescales. Antcom is a wholly owned subsidiary of NovAtel and part of the Hexagon Group, serving industries including aerospace, defense, surveying, and agriculture. The position is based onsite in Torrance, California. The engineer will work on navigation antennas, antenna arrays for beamsteering and nullsteering, and communications antennas. The role includes evaluating antenna performance, conducting RF measurements, supporting integration and manufacturing, and helping ensure products meet relevant industry requirements. It also involves technical proposal development, project estimating, manufacturing improvements through test automation, and leading root-cause investigations and corrective actions. Applicants for select positions requiring access to ITAR- or EAR-controlled information must be U.S. persons or otherwise eligible to obtain the required U.S. Government authorization. Employment is contingent on Antcom’s ability to obtain any required authorization. The posted hiring salary range is $104,600–$167,300 per annum. The position is eligible for company profit sharing and individual incentive-based bonuses. Hexagon offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, paid time off, paid parental leave, a 401(k) company match, tax-savings plans, and professional development support.
