Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Possess Mechanical Aptitude.
Possess good eyesight with the ability to distinguish colors and good hand dexterity/ range of motion, including mobility.

Responsibilities

Performs assembly operations in fast paced work environment.
Follows work instructions pertaining to assembly and test.
Utilizes computer to program software/firmware onto SmartMotor products.
Performs testing operations on SmartMotor products.
Troubleshoots basic electronic and mechanical assembly problems.
Performs assembly, touch up, and final assembly of SmartMotor products.
Performs basic mechanical assembly utilizing small hand tools and crimpers.
