About The Position
Start your career in veterinary care with ShotVet helping veterinarians provide affordable pet vaccine and wellness clinics for dogs and cats. This is an entry-level position with no experience required, as paid training is provided. Coverage is required for the summer season, May-July, and students/new grads are welcome. The role involves assisting veterinarians during pet vaccine clinics, handling and comforting dogs and cats, helping with check-in, paperwork, and client support, and supporting clinic setup and breakdown.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- HS Diploma or GED
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Comfortable handling dogs and cats
- Existing knowledge in Preventative Wellness for pets
