About The Position
Assists individuals with adopting Angels as part of the Christmas Angel Tree Program; provides information and answers questions regarding adoption of Angels; prepares and maintains accurate records related to the Angel Tree adoption and gift process.
Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D. or Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Knowledge and demonstrated skill in customer service practices.
- Knowledge of effective and efficient record keeping.
- Ability to maintain an efficient and organized filing system.
- Ability to maintain the confidential nature of the work.
- Ability to follow instructions, plan and organize work, and work under limited supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provides information and answers questions regarding adoption of Angels
- Provides prompt and courteous service to all individuals.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records related to the Angel Tree adoption and gift process.
- Performs other related work as required.
