About The Position
This position is responsible for assisting individuals with adopting Angels as part of the Christmas Angel Tree Program, providing information and answering questions regarding the adoption of Angels, and preparing and maintaining accurate records related to the Angel Tree adoption and gift process. The role requires providing prompt and courteous service to all individuals.
Requirements
- Ability to meet attendance requirements.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
- Ability to sort and file documents alphabetically and numerically.
- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail with constant breaks in concentration associated with answering questions or speaking to individuals requiring assistance.
- Ability to perform all duties with an understanding of the mission, ministry, philosophy, culture, and protocol of The Salvation Army and conducts all duties in accordance with the ministry of the organization and its Christian principles; conducts all communications and job duties with the highest level of professionalism.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. OR Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
