About The Position

Intermountain Health is hiring an Anesthesiology Pain Medicine Physician to provide general outpatient pain care at the Utah Valley Pain Management Clinic on the Utah Valley Hospital campus in Provo, Utah. The physician will treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal, spine, joint, cancer, abdominal, pelvic, fibromyalgia, and other pain conditions using fluoroscopy-, ultrasound-, and EMG-guided procedures, alongside dedicated clinic time. The role is part of an interdisciplinary pain medicine team of specialized physicians and advanced practice providers. The team works in a state-of-the-art facility and uses advanced procedures and innovative therapies to develop individualized treatment plans addressing the full continuum of care. The schedule is standing clinic hours, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Clinic call requirements are assigned by the Medical Director and may include coverage at nearby Utah County locations. The position includes a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance when applicable. Requirements

Board certified or board eligible in PM&R and Pain Medicine.
ACGME fellowship-trained in pain medicine.
Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or ability to obtain one.
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.

Responsibilities

Provide general outpatient pain care.
Treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal, spine, joint, cancer, abdominal, pelvic, fibromyalgia, and other pain conditions.
Perform fluoroscopy-, ultrasound-, and EMG-guided procedures.
Provide dedicated clinic care and develop customized treatment plans with the interdisciplinary pain medicine team.
Participate in clinic call as assigned by the Medical Director, including possible coverage at nearby Utah County locations.
