About The Position

Rome Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join its established, hospital-employed team in Rome, New York. The physician will work alongside anesthesiologists and CRNAs in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on clinical excellence and high-quality care. The position includes a 1:5/6 on-call rotation and access to advanced technology and clinical resources. Rome Health serves approximately 80,000 people in the Rome, New York area and surrounding communities. It is a comprehensive health care system with 130 acute care beds, an 80-bed skilled nursing facility, four primary care clinics, specialty practices, and outpatient services. Through an affiliation with St. Joseph's Health in Syracuse, Rome Health collaborates with regional and national health system resources while retaining the flexibility of an independent community health system.

Requirements

• MD, DO, or MBBS.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency.
• Eligible for New York State licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
