About The Position
Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is a physician-led partnership that supports a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to medicine. The organization provides physicians with resources and support so they can focus on practicing medicine, collaborating with colleagues, and caring for patients. The Anesthesiologist position is based in West Los Angeles. Applicants must be board certified or board eligible. KP West LA offers a collegial, respectful work environment with a flat hierarchy, integrated medical staff, open dialogue, and strong camaraderie. The service area has expertise across several tertiary specialties and encourages community involvement, including participation in local schools, health fairs, and clinics. Physicians are also encouraged to participate in medical education through Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine and KP residency programs.
