About The Position
Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Pacific Northwest (AAC-PNW) is seeking an MD Anesthesiologist to provide high-quality office-based anesthesia exclusively for pediatric dental patients. The role involves working with healthy children (primarily ASA I) undergoing routine dental procedures in a calm, efficient clinical environment. Cases are efficient with short sedation and recovery times, leading to predictable and manageable procedure days. Many days finish by 1-2 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
- MD Anesthesiologist
- ABA Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Comfortable providing anesthesia for pediatric dental patients
- Oregon license (or willingness to obtain)
- Team-oriented mindset with strong clinical judgment
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric fellowship not required
- Experience in office-based or ASC environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia for pediatric dental patients in an office-based setting.
- Work with healthy pediatric patients (primarily ASA I) undergoing routine dental procedures.
- Manage efficient dental procedures with short sedation and recovery times.
- Work at one site per day.
- Collaborate with experienced clinical teams.
