About The Position
US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking a full time Nighthawk Anesthesiologist to join our growing practice at AdventHealth Celebration. This role involves practicing alongside a collaborative team of physicians and anesthetists at AdventHealth Celebration, a state-of-the-art facility known for excellence in patient care, advanced surgical services, and an emphasis on innovation and wellness. The location in Celebration offers a family-friendly community, excellent schools, and a high quality of life.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency.
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Anesthesiology.
- Cardiac fellowship training or comfort and experience with cardiac cases.
- Must meet all hospital credentialing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services as a Nighthawk Anesthesiologist.
- Work Monday-Thursday, including holidays that fall on these days (1 major, 1 minor).
- Provide weekend coverage as needed.
- Perform Give-Back Day Shifts as required.
Benefits
- Base Salary: $575,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (negotiable)
- Weekend Coverage: $5,000 per additional weekend worked
- Give-Back Day Shifts: $300/hour
- Vacation: 10 weeks annually
- CME Allowance: $2,500
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
