Anesthesia Per Diem in the Community
About The Position
Per diem Anesthesiologist positions are available at expanding community locations within the Beth Israel Lahey Health system. Physicians may work at different sites throughout Eastern Massachusetts as part of the Associated Physicians of Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Inc. The network offers opportunities to provide care ranging from complex regional, cardiac, and general anesthesia. The role offers flexibility for physicians at different career stages and accommodates changing interests. APHMFP community practitioners serve patients in partnership with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and the Beth Israel Lahey Health System. This partnership supports teaching, research, and clinical care, and collaborates with community partners to improve the quality and integration of patient care.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited school.
- Licensed to practice.
- Board certified or board eligible.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care at community locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts.
- Work collaboratively with all APHMFP staff.
- Plan and accomplish goals using experience and judgment while adhering to practice guidelines set by governing boards.
