About The Position

NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking Anesthesiologists for their newest location at Baptist East Louisville. This is a large, high-volume practice with a collaborative, experienced anesthesia team working in a care-team model and handling a diverse case mix. The role involves building and growing a new, talented anesthesia team.

Requirements

MD or DO degree.
Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Kentucky.
DEA license.
Experience in a high-volume practice.
Ability to work in a care-team model.
Experience with a diverse case mix.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Cardiac, Neuro, or OB anesthesia.
Interest in clinical leadership.
Experience in a new practice startup.

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care in a care-team model.
Handle a diverse case mix including OB, General Surgery, GYN, ENT, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Cardiac, Neuro, Urology, Podiatry, and Plastics.
Collaborate with an experienced anesthesia team.
Contribute to building and growing a new anesthesia team.
