NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a Full-Time Anesthesiologist to join our growing, collaborative practice at Baptist Health Hardin. The practice utilizes a care-team model with experienced physicians and CRNAs, offering a diverse and interesting case mix including General Surgery, Endoscopy, Pediatric Dental, ENT, Urology, and Orthopedics. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist.
- MD or DO degree.
- Active medical license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care within a care-team model.
- Engage in a diverse case mix including General Surgery, Endoscopy, Pediatric Dental, ENT, Urology, and Orthopedics.
- Collaborate with experienced physicians and CRNAs.
- Prioritize patient care and work-life balance.

- $500,000 Base Salary
