About The Position

Inova Franconia Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a busy outpatient surgical facility. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule, a diverse case mix, and the opportunity to work within a modern, efficient surgical environment as part of the Inova health system. Requirements

Anesthesiologist
Ability to work in a busy outpatient surgical facility.
Willingness to work a standard daytime schedule.
Commitment to a 2-year term for the sign-on bonus.

Nice To Haves

Experience in an ambulatory surgery center setting.
Familiarity with a diverse case mix including Orthopedics, ENT, FI, Pain, Podiatry, General surgery, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Gynecology, and Urology.

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services in an outpatient surgical facility.
Work within a high-volume ambulatory surgery center with 6-7 operating rooms daily.
Manage a diverse case mix including Orthopedics, ENT, FI, Pain, Podiatry, General surgery, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Gynecology, and Urology.
