About The Position

Inova Franconia Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a busy outpatient surgical facility. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule, a diverse case mix, and the opportunity to work within a modern, efficient surgical environment as part of the Inova health system. Requirements

Anesthesiologist qualification.
Ability to work in a high-volume ambulatory surgery center.
Experience with a diverse case mix including Orthopedics, ENT, FI, Pain, Podiatry, General surgery, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Gynecology, Urology.

Nice To Haves

Experience in an ASC setting.
Experience with NorthStar Anesthesia's model.
Anesthesiologist and CRNA founders' expertise.

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services in an outpatient surgical facility.
Work within a high-volume ambulatory surgery center with 6–7 operating rooms daily.
Manage a diverse case mix including Orthopedics, ENT, FI, Pain, Podiatry, General surgery, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Gynecology, and Urology.
Collaborate with clinical leadership and providers to implement efficiency and leadership initiatives.
Participate in the perioperative process.
