About The Position

U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is actively recruiting full-time Anesthesiologists to join their growing practice in Orlando, Florida. This is a NON-CALL TAKING position with a 26 week on / 26 weeks off schedule. USAP - Florida is an Orlando based practice consisting of almost 100 anesthesiologists and over 200 CRNAs, serving AdventHealth Hospital locations throughout Central Florida including Orlando, Kissimmee, Celebration, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park, Winter Garden, Apopka, and East Orlando. USAP is proudly committed to being AdventHealth’s exclusive anesthesia provider throughout Central Florida. The role offers an opportunity to join a large, well-established, multispecialty anesthesia group. AdventHealth is one of the largest non-profit hospital systems in the nation and a major employer in Orlando with over 12,000 employees, and is entrusted with a growing number of outpatient surgical facilities. This growth has furthered the need for skilled providers. The practice provides a breadth of clinical experience and sub-specialty anesthesia care from bread and butter to complex cardiothoracic and transplant procedures, cutting-edge neurosurgery, complex pediatric cases, premier orthopedic care for fractures, sports medicine and joint replacement, and over 8,000 annual labor and delivery procedures. Orlando, known as “The City Beautiful,” attracts around 60 million visitors annually for its warm climate, world-famous theme parks, shopping malls, golf courses, diversity, flavorful food, and nightlife, making it both a destination and a home.

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program
  • Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
  • Complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-quality anesthesia care
  • Perform sub-specialty anesthesia care, including complex cardiothoracic and transplant procedures
  • Perform cutting-edge neurosurgery anesthesia
  • Perform complex pediatric anesthesia cases
  • Provide premier orthopedic anesthesia care for fractures, sports medicine, and joint replacement
  • Provide anesthesia for labor and delivery procedures

Benefits

  • Compensation: $450,000 base salary ($475,000 for specialists)
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus tied to a 2 year commitment
  • $300/hr giveback incentive for giving back days off
  • CME Allowance: $2,500
  • Relocation Allowance: $10,000
