About The Position

The Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a Pediatric & Adult Anesthesiologist to provide high-quality anesthesia care for both pediatric and adult patients, including direct care for children under the age of two. This role includes pre-operative assessment, administration and monitoring of anesthesia, post-operative pain management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The physician will also participate in resident education and training, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support the advancement of evidence-based anesthesia practices utilizing state-of-the-art technology and innovative techniques.

Requirements

Valid degree as a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
License or permit to practice in the State of New York.
Possession of or eligibility for a valid medical specialty certificate in the field of Anesthesiology.
Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology.
Prior experience in the field of Anesthesiology.
Degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Nice To Haves

Board certified in both anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology.
Previous clinical experience in both pediatric and adult anesthesiology.
