About The Position

South Shore Hospital, a vibrant 374-bed community hospital and Level 2 trauma center, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join their growing team. This role involves caring for both pediatric and adult patients. The Department of Anesthesia is a diverse and collegial group of physicians performing a case mix that includes vascular, ortho, general, gyn, thoracic, neuro, healthy peds, trauma, and obstetric cases. The hospital is looking to expand its pediatric platform and pediatric anesthesia team. The position requires a pediatric fellowship and will involve cases for adults, pediatrics, and obstetrics. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding and concern for the emotional well-being of children and adults undergoing surgery and their families. Additionally, the candidate must be able to work effectively with surgeons, CRNAs, SRNAs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. The practice is seeking well-trained, enthusiastic, collegial, team-players to join their growing, dynamic hospital-based practice.

Requirements

Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist
Pediatric fellowship required
