Anesthesiologist - Pain Management
About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a civilian Pain Management Anesthesiologist at Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) in California. This role involves providing services Sunday through Saturday, between the hours of 0000 to 2359. Shifts will normally be scheduled for an 8.5 to 16-hour shift, with flexibility needed based on daily case schedules to support patient care. The position includes on-call duties with an average of around 2 call backs per month. The company offers freedom from malpractice insurance worries. Salary is to be determined, with both Employee and 1099 status available, ranging from $200-$250 per hour.
Requirements
- Possess and maintain board certification in Anesthesiology from either the American Board of Anesthesiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology.
- Completion of an accredited residency approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in California.
- One year of experience required.
- BLS certification.
Responsibilities
