About The Position
We are seeking one Cardiac Anesthesiologists to join our amazing team at White Oak Medical Center in Silver Spring, MD. The medical center is a 180-bed community hospital with 8 operating rooms and offers high-quality care across various specialties including Emergency, Stroke, Maternity, Cancer, Surgical, and Orthopedic services. The state-of-the-art facility features private patient rooms, advanced equipment, calming views, and ample parking.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Completion of an approved Anesthesiology residency program.
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
- Valid DEA Certificate.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for major heart center cases, transplants, and vascular procedures.
- Administer anesthesia for general, OB, GU, orthopedic, and some ENT cases.
- Participate in the care of patients undergoing bread and butter cases.
- Collaborate with the surgical and medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
