About The Position
US Anesthesia Partners - Central Texas (Austin) is seeking full-time Anesthesiologists with ACGME fellowship training in Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology to join our growing practice. This position offers no call or minimal call opportunities to boost income. US Anesthesia Partners-Central Texas is the premier physician owned and led practice in the Austin area with 110+ anesthesiologists and 200+ CRNAs providing comprehensive anesthesia services at 8 hospitals and a number of ambulatory centers in the greater Austin area. The Cardiothoracic case volume includes CABGs, valve replacement/repair, aortic surgery, heart transplant, mechanical circulatory support (VADs, ECMO), and minimally invasive structural heart procedures (TAVR, MitraClip).
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
- Advanced PTE Certification.
- Meet hospital credentialing requirements for hospitals where privileges will be held.
- ACGME fellowship training in Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia services.
- Perform Cardiothoracic cases including CABGs, valve replacement/repair, aortic surgery, heart transplant, mechanical circulatory support (VADs, ECMO), and minimally invasive structural heart procedures (TAVR, MitraClip).
