About The Position

Corewell Health, Michigan’s largest health system, is seeking CAAs to join our dedicated team of anesthesia providers at Lake Drive. This role offers competitive full-time annual base salary of $283,250, with additional income potential for call shifts and picking up extra shifts. Corewell Health is also offering a $100,000 starting bonus and a relocation allowance of up to $12,000. The position involves flexible scheduling options with 10 and 12-hour shift blocks, manageable call expectations with an anticipated maximum ratio of 1:7, and diverse cases in various specialties. Requirements

• Master of Science in Anesthesiology (MSA) or Master of Medical Science degree.
• National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistant (NCCAA) upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA within 90 days of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - AHA within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in various specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, and otolaryngology.
• Participate in call shifts at Butterworth or Blodgett Hospital.
• Cover additional call and additional shifts for increased earning potential.
• Utilize flexible scheduling options with 10 and 12-hour shift blocks.
