About the position
As an Android Engineer at Klover, you will play a critical role in driving the product and business forward. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining and adding new functionality to the Klover Android app, collaborating with fellow Android Engineers to share best practices, and ensuring the consistency of the codebase. Additionally, you will work closely with product managers to assess the feasibility of new features and collaborate with designers to create a delightful user experience. The role requires a strong focus on development practices, usability, and a willingness to learn and teach in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and add new functionality to the Klover Android app
- Collaborate with fellow Android Engineers to share best practices and maintain codebase consistency
- Work with product managers to assess feasibility of new features
- Interface with designers to create a delightful user experience
- Strive for excellent development practices and careful code architecture
- Have a keen sense of usability and product
- Willingness to learn and teach in a collaborative environment
- Implement pixel-perfect designs with attention to detail
- Write thoughtful, quality code that is readable, testable, and easily maintained
- Consume and implement Klove
