At Attain, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic individual to join our team as a Data Strategy and Analytics Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for defining our data goals, developing a robust strategy, and driving the implementation of advanced analytics initiatives. Your expertise in data management, analytics, and artificial intelligence will be crucial in unlocking the power of our data and driving our ambitious growth goals. Additionally, you will play a key role in overseeing data governance, innovation, monetization, and leading a high-performing data team. • Define data goals and develop a strategy and roadmap for achieving growth goals
• Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics initiatives
• Utilize AI tools for predictive modeling, generative AI, time-series forecasting, machine learning for media targeting, and advanced data visualization
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in data management, analytics, and artificial intelligence
• Oversee the collection, integration, storage, and retrieval of data to create a centralized and reliable data repository
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance
• Build the strategy and roadmap for data monetization capabilities
• Lead and mentor a high-performing data team to foster professional growth and ensure success.
