Requirements

  • Fluent in Kotlin with solid knowledge of the Android SDK.
  • Advanced knowledge of Architecture: MVVM/MVI, Clean Architecture, and Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger).
  • Expertise in asynchronous programming using Coroutines and Flow.
  • Strong Networking skills: Retrofit/OkHttp with REST/JSON and experience with OAuth2/OIDC and JWT.
  • Experience in Observability: Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics) and performance metrics (Startup, ANR, jank).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Banking/Financial industry.
  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of GraphQL integration.
  • Experience with DataStore or EncryptedSharedPreferences.
  • Advanced testing experience with Espresso and Roboelectric.

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve mobile functionalities ensuring a fast, secure, and accessible user experience.
  • Integrate reliably with the BFF (Backend for Frontend) orchestrated services layer.
  • Ensure compliance with design, security, and accessibility guidelines and performance standards.
  • Implement complex UI/UX using Jetpack Compose and/or Views with Jetpack Navigation.
  • Manage secure data storage and implement advanced security measures like certificate pinning and obfuscation (ProGuard/R8).
  • Conduct unit and UI testing to guarantee code reliability.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile, including Gradle management and Play Console releases.
  • Collaborate via GitFlow or Trunk-based development, participating in rigorous code reviews.
