About The Position

Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company. The Ancillary Manager at Citizens Live at The Wylie will be responsible for leading the team that generates VIP Club upgrades, coat check, premier parking, fast lane, future ticket sales and other upsell revenue both before and during shows. Residents of the Greater Hill District and surrounding neighborhoods are encouraged to apply. We will host a hiring event for residents closer to the grand opening. Details will be announced as they become available.

Requirements

  • Understanding and utility of Chexology, SevenRooms, Square, and Arctics platforms.
  • Business acumen.
  • Data/metrics driven, innovative, and creative.
  • Knowledge of venue products and revenue opportunities

  • Ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people.
  • Excellent guest service and team building skills.

  • Ability to work various, flexible hours, inclusive of nights and weekends.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, sometimes outdoors, in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, oversee, and assist night of show upsell and coat check staff.
  • Communicate with and facilitate sales to clients via SevenRooms platform ahead of show days.
  • Oversee sale and inventory of venue-brand merchandise.
  • Communicate with the venue’s core team about staffing, upsell availability, and overall execution of upsell programs during the show.
  • Coordinate with the box office manager to manage upsell inventory and troubleshoot any issues that arise with guests, upsell availability, or equipment.
  • Provide suggestions to venue leadership based on feedback from team and guests. Suggestions may include topics such as pricing strategies, best practices and team execution for both presales and day of show.
  • Provide feedback around finding new, creative revenue streams for the venue based on day of show experiences and trends.
  • Secure and reconcile day of show ancillary sales.
  • Handle payroll and tip input for upsell staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
