About The Position

Northwestern Medicine is recruiting an Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist at Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Hospital. This is an opportunity to build a career with a nationally recognized health system serving Chicago, its suburbs, and northern Illinois. The physician will join Northwestern Medical Group, a primary and multispecialty practice of nearly 1,300 physicians and healthcare professionals across 40 specialties. Northwestern Medical Group physicians also serve on the faculty of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and contribute to research and education as well as clinical care. The role is part of a system focused on evidence-based medicine, research translated into clinical practice, and providing quality care close to where patients live and work.

The position is 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, on the day shift. The stated yearly salary range is $290,000 to $370,000. The benefits package includes a continuing medical education allowance, paid time off, a well-being fund, 401(k), paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance. Requirements

• Completion of a United States-based residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
• Eligibility for an unrestricted medical license in Illinois.
