Your Role on Our Team As an Analytics Engineer II, you will help design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions to drive business intelligence, advanced analytics, and informed decision-making. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data is well-modeled, accurate, and accessible. You will be self-motivated, innovative, and a strong collaborator, working with technical and business stakeholders - including teams located in other countries - to translate business needs into high-impact analytical solutions. You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI development, or related field.
Strong SQL skills with understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and ETL/ELT processes.
Exposure to modern cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, AWS, etc.).
Experience with scripting/programming languages such as Python, DAX, R, or similar.
Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Grafana, or Tableau.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Strong analytical mindset and willingness to grow technical depth.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to ERP/MRP/Order Mgmt platforms (Oracle, MS Dynamics, SAP, etc.).
Interest or basic knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Detail-oriented, proactive in embracing challenges, and committed to continuous learning.
Ability to travel internationally, up to 10% based on business needs

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and development of data models, pipelines, and analytics solutions for reporting and dashboards.
Collaborate with global business teams, data engineers, and BI developers to ensure data is structured and accessible for analysis.
Apply and promote best practices in data modeling, governance, quality, and performance optimization.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, efficient, and impactful solutions.
Support modern analytics architectures (e.g., cloud platforms, data lakes, ELT, and BI).
Collaborate with team members and seek opportunities to learn new tools and technologies.
