The Network Operations Analytics Engineer at MacDill AFB, FL supports the Global Solutions Management-Operations II (GSM-O II), Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE). The JCSE team provides en-route, early entry, scalable C5 support to Regional Combatant Commands, Special Operations Command, and other agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing unique data sets utilizing existing tools, recommending additional tools sets that enhance data collection, developing reporting tools and reports that meet customer objectives, managing data storage and retention and producing ad-hoc reporting when the customer requires. Key elements of this position include: conducting analysis and assessments on new emerging technologies; developing and recommending functional solutions to meet stakeholder requirements; providing detailed periodic reports supporting Joint Network Operations Center (JNOC); developing, engineering, and recommending new tools or scripted solutions. To be successful, you should have a strong understanding of Network technologies, Data Analytics, ability to work independently, and develop process and data sets to meet program’s reporting requirements. This position also requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance.
