About The Position

The Analytics Consultant serves as a key pharmacy analytics partner responsible for delivering the analytical evidence that supports clinical, operational, and financial decision-making across pharmacy care management initiatives. This role drives the analysis of pharmacy program outcomes - including medication adherence, drug therapy interventions, and member health outcomes - as well as financial savings and program performance. The Analytics Consultant builds and maintains scalable reporting solutions to support pharmacy programs. The role collaborates closely with clinical pharmacists, project delivery, and business teams to identify opportunities, evaluate program effectiveness, and continuously improve outcomes through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master’s degree in related field OR 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field
  • Understanding and high proficiency in querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources to get meaningful insights.
  • Performance excellence in computer languages, such as SQL, R, Python.
  • Ability to create a dynamic and visually engaging dashboard leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • High degree of business intelligence and understanding how to take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Performance excellence in championing initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to bring the initiative to life.
