About The Position

The Senior Analyst will join Gemini Insights, a specialized analytics team dedicated to transforming Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) operations through best-in-class reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, interpreting, and visualizing Total Cost of Care and Clinical Operations performance measures. You will own key metrics, serving as a strategic partner to clinical leadership by turning complex data into actionable insights that drive patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably within healthcare
• Proficiency in SQL (required for data extraction/validation) and Tableau
• Advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Public Health, or related field
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to translate technical data into business narratives
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and reliability

Responsibilities

• Utilize SQL to query data warehouses for validation and ad-hoc analysis, ensuring data accuracy across all reporting products.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to support clinical and strategic initiatives, while building strong rapport and bringing a positive and curious mindset to working groups.
• Own the monthly production, QA, and distribution of ad hoc and pilot reporting.
• Query and manipulate data in SQL, build summarized views in Excel, PowerPoint, or Tableau, and ensure strict file integrity for leadership dashboards.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned clinical metrics within reporting, interpreting trends and investigating root causes of performance drivers.
